Usage Principle

Using the grinder is extremely simple. Simply fill the upper chamber and turn the machine on. Coffee beans are placed in the Plexiglas chamber, and the desired grind thickness can be adjusted using the adjustment lever on the front panel. The ground coffee is poured into the chamber below the grinder. The increase in temperature during the grinding process serves a kind of roasting function, but when the temperature exceeds 50-60 degrees Celsius, there is a risk of Turkish coffee darkening and loss of flavor. Therefore, for best results, it is recommended to use the machine in the “run for 5 minutes – rest for 10 minutes” mode.
